Husband of 21 years and father to two wonderfully talented, intelligent and industrious daughters.

After transforming my health in my late 30's and early 40's, I wanted nothing more than to share what I'd learned with the world.

Only my efforts were met with pain and frustration, which culminated in me hitting rock bottom in the summer of '22.

My marriage was a mess, my daughter suffered a mental breakdown, and success seemed a million miles away.

But the universe works in mysterious ways.
